Image Requirements:
- File Size: 22" wide x Length needed
- Recommended DPI: 300
- File Type: PNG
- Image should have a transparent background. THE DESIGN WILL BE PRINTED EXACTLY AS IT WAS LOADED. IF THERE IS A BACKGROUND (SOLID COLOR BEHIND YOUR IMAGE IT WILL PRINT.)

We usually do not receive complaints about our products, but In the unlikely event you’re unhappy with your product please follow these instructions to file a return/refund claim:

What can be returned / not returned
- Only Items that are faulty/damaged or have a faulty print may only be returned.

Recommendations for care:
- Turn inside out
- Mashine wash cold
- No bleach
- No fabric softners
- Do not dry clean
- Do not iron
- Tumble dry at low heat
